Phase 1b Study of Tarlatamab (DLL3/CD3) & YL201 (B7-H3 ADC) ± anti-PD-L1 in Extensive Stage SCLC

Amgen is evaluating the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of combining tarlatamab—a bispecific mAb targeting DLL3 and CD3—with YL201, a B7-H3 directed ADC, with or without PD-L1 inhibitors in extensive stage SCLC patients who have progressed on prior platinum therapy.
