Phase 3 Trial of N-803 + Tislelizumab + Docetaxel in NSCLC with EGFR Mutations

ImmunityBio is evaluating an experimental combination of N-803—a two human IL-15 variant fusion protein that enhances immunostimulation—plus tislelizumab (a PD-1 inhibitor) and docetaxel versus docetaxel monotherapy in advanced/metastatic NSCLC with acquired ICI resistance, including patients harboring EGFR L858R or exon 19 deletion mutations. Patient randomization is stratified by geography, histology, and genomic alterations.
