Phase Ib/II Trial of BNT324 (B7-H3 ADC) + BNT327 (PD-L1/VEGF Bispecific) in Advanced Lung Cancer

BioNTech SE is evaluating the combination of BNT324—a B7-H3 antibody-drug conjugate delivering an undisclosed toxin—with BNT327, a VEGFA directed antibody that also targets PD-L1 and VEGF, across multiple cohorts in advanced/metastatic NSCLC and SCLC. The study will assess safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary antitumor activity at Fairfax.
