This feasibility study evaluates intraoperative cerebral open flow microperfusion using OFM catheters, tubing, and the MPP102-II pump during planned neurosurgical resection for patients with resectable Grade II-IV gliomas or epilepsy requiring temporal lobectomy. Conducted by Mayo Clinic, the trial aims to assess safety and feasibility of this novel device-based technique, providing first-in-human insights into localized brain tissue perfusion during surgery.
