This study evaluates DEFINITY UTZ contrast with contrast enhanced ultrasound during glioma surgery to determine if improved visualization can aid tumor resection. Patients with glioma will undergo surgery using this investigational microbubble agent, which enhances ultrasound detection of tumor margins, in a controlled early-phase trial at University of Colorado, Denver. The trial aims to optimize surgical precision by clearly demarcating tumor from healthy tissue.
