Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is assessing the safety of ABBV-637 or ABBV-155, given alone or with ERAS-801, in recurrent and newly diagnosed EGFR-amplified, IDH-wt glioblastoma, with treatment tailored based on surgical status and combination with radiation and temozolomide.
