Children's Oncology Group is evaluating AZD1390—a small molecule ATM inhibitor that disrupts cancer cell repair processes—administered with focal radiation in pediatric patients with high grade glioma (including diffuse midline glioma and DIPG) across distinct supratentorial and infratentorial cohorts.
