Randomized Study of DOC1021 Dendritic Cell Immunotherapy in Combination with Standard of Care for Newly Diagnosed Adult Glioblastoma

This study evaluates whether adding DOC1021 dendritic cell immunotherapy with pIFN to the standard regimen of surgery, temozolomide, and radiation can improve survival in newly diagnosed IDH-wt glioblastoma patients while monitoring safety and quality of life.
