- Cancer type
- Glioma
- Stage of research

Northwestern assesses repeated intratumoral NSC-CRAd-S-pk7 (± NAC-amide) followed by standard temozolomide-radiation and tumor-treating fields (Novocure) in newly diagnosed grade 3/4 glioma. Despite the Stupp regimen, early relapse is common; upfront viral priming could inflame “cold” gliomas and expose neoantigens before SOC. Safety, feasibility, and signals in PFS/OS/QoL will clarify whether to carry an oncolytic backbone into larger frontline studies.
