This Phase II study evaluates odronextamab, a CD20/CD3 bispecific monoclonal antibody, as monotherapy for treatment-naïve follicular lymphoma patients. It uses a multi-cycle dosing design with imaging, ECG, and biopsy assessments to monitor safety and efficacy. The trial includes a response-adaptive element that stops enrollment early if complete responses fall below predetermined levels; front-line FL often uses bendamustine-rituximab or R-CHOP (± rituximab maintenance)—a fixed-course, chemo-free bispecific could shift 1L if CRs hold up.
