This Phase 2 study evaluates Epcoritamab, a bispecific antibody that binds CD20 and CD3, as consolidation therapy in patients with CLL/SLL or variants following 2nd-line treatment with a 2nd generation BTKi. Delivered subcutaneously with escalating step-up dosing in Cycle 1 and maintenance dosing in subsequent cycles, Epcoritamab is combined with daily oral BTKi ± Obinutuzumab to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose. Conducted in Cincinnati under sponsor Zulfa Omer, the study focuses on optimizing efficacy and safety.
