University of Washington is conducting a Phase II study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of epcoritamab—with its CD20/CD3 targeting mechanism—combined with standard EPOCH-R chemotherapy. The study enrolls patients with aggressive B-cell NHL, using imaging and biomarker assessments to track treatment response and optimize dosing. First-line SoC is R-CHOP (or pola-R-CHP in many systems, DA-EPOCH-R for select biology); adding a bispecific to intensive chemoimmunotherapy could deepen remissions.
