This open-label, multicenter study sponsored by Treeline Biosciences, Inc. evaluates the safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary anti-tumor activity of TLN-121 alone or combined with TLN-254, a BCL6 degrader small molecule inhibitor, in patients with relapsed or refractory Non-Hodgkin Lymphomas, including peripheral T-cell lymphoma. The trial investigates novel mechanisms of disrupting cancer cell adhesion and protein degradation in heavily pretreated lymphoma patients. After anti-CD20 chemo, BTK inhibitors (where relevant), CAR-T, and bispecifics, options narrow; this regimen targets adhesion and transcriptional drivers to overcome resistance.
