This study evaluates whether PET imaging with 89Zr-Girentuximab, a CAIX-targeted agent, can detect residual or recurrent ccRCC in patients. In one group, participants undergo a PET scan post-injection, while the second group receives standard cryoablation followed by a repeat PET scan to assess treatment impact, with Massachusetts General Hospital overseeing the trial.
