This trial by MD Anderson evaluates the combination of regorafenib, a multiple kinase inhibitor, and lorigerlimab, a CD279 and CTLA4-directed bispecific monoclonal antibody, administered for up to 6 months in patients with colorectal cancer and radiographic occult molecular residual disease after definitive therapy. The study investigates whether this novel regimen can clear circulating tumor DNA and lower relapse risk in a high-risk population.
