This open-label, non-randomized multi-cohort study evaluates up to three doses of [18F]CSB-321—a novel radiolabeled PET imaging agent—in participants with metastatic or unresectable solid tumors, including melanoma, receiving immunotherapy at Cytosite Biopharma Inc. Data from PET images and clinical follow-up inform on radiotracer biodistribution and potential markers of treatment effectiveness.
