This pilot trial by Thomas Hope evaluates the safety and imaging performance of 111In-ABD147—a DLL3-targeting agent radiolabeled for SPECT—in patients with metastatic solid tumors, castration-resistant prostate cancer, or high-grade neuroendocrine tumors. Participants receive a single injection (with possible repeats) followed by imaging at 48 hours to assess agent distribution and safety.
