Phase 1b Mosunetuzumab CD20/CD3 bispecific mAb trial in relapsed CLL/SLL patients

This pilot study evaluates mosunetuzumab administered alone or with a BTK inhibitor (ibrutinib, acalabrutinib, zanubrutinib, or pirtobrutinib, which inhibit Bruton tyrosine kinase) in participants with chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma after 2—3 prior lines of therapy. Participants in the BCL2 inhibitor arm, previously treated with a BCL2i regimen, receive up to 17 cycles of mosunetuzumab. The study, sponsored by Inhye Ahn, aims to assess treatment safety and potential clearance of minimal residual disease.
