This Phase 1b study at Washington University School of Medicine evaluates NT-I7—an investigational long-acting human IL-7 cytokine designed to enhance T-cell proliferation—administered intramuscularly on Days 10 and 31 following standard-of-care CD19 CAR T-cell therapy in patients with relapsed/refractory large B-cell lymphoma. The trial explores safety, tolerability, and preliminary anti-tumor activity while investigating NT-I7’s ability to increase CAR T-cell expansion in vivo.
