This Phase I trial seeks to determine the safety and tolerability of N-803, an IL-15 agonist fusion protein, administered as maintenance therapy following CD19-targeted CAR T-cell treatment for patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Conducted by the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, the study explores whether N-803 can sustain responses and improve immune recovery post-CAR T therapy.
