This single-center study at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center is evaluating Ropeginterferon-alfa 2b, administered subcutaneously every 2 weeks at doses from 250 µg to 500 µg, to determine the recommended phase II dose in patients with cutaneous T-cell lymphoma who have failed prior skin-directed therapies. An expansion arm will further assess safety and efficacy across CTCL stages IA–IIIB.
