This randomized trial led by City of Hope Medical Center evaluates whether fecal microbiome transplantation (FMT) administered before and after standard leukapheresis, chemotherapy, and axicabtagene ciloleucel infusion can restore gut microbiota in patients with relapsed/refractory DLBCL, transformed follicular lymphoma, or double-hit lymphoma after high-risk antibiotic exposure. The study aims to assess FMT’s impact on treatment outcomes in a novel first-in-human immunotherapy-microbiota combination.
