This study from Memorial Sloan Kettering evaluates the safety and efficacy of a three-drug regimen for relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Patients receive subcutaneous epcoritamab (a bispecific antibody targeting CD20 and CD4), intravenous tafasitamab (a CD19 antibody), and oral lenalidomide (a blood cell inhibitor) in a first-time investigation of this novel combination in later-line therapy settings.
