This first-in-human open-label study evaluates the safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy of ERAS-4001 given orally as monotherapy and in combination with another investigational drug in a dose optimization design. Eligible patients have advanced or metastatic solid tumors harboring KRAS mutations. The trial is sponsored by Erasca, Inc. and conducted at established clinical centers. Study outcomes may inform future strategies for managing KRAS-mutated tumors. Other KRAS inhibitors have been showing success, but skin rash has been frequently observed, so hopefully this one will differentiate.
