Phase 1a/1b study of DR-0202, a Dectin-1 and CD20 bispecific mAb in refractory carcinomas.

This multicenter, open-label study evaluates the safety, tolerability, and activity of DR-0202 administered every two weeks in patients with advanced or metastatic, relapsed or refractory carcinomas who have exhausted standard therapies. The trial uses escalating doses to determine the maximum tolerated dose, targeting myeloid cells through Dectin-1 and CD20, and is sponsored by Dren Bio.
