Phase 1 study of KQB168, an investigational anti-tumor agent, with pembrolizumab PD-1 inhibitor (mechanism undisclosed)

This open-label, multicenter dose escalation trial by Kumquat Biosciences Inc. evaluates oral KQB168 alone or with intravenous pembrolizumab to determine safe dosing and early efficacy in adults with advanced, unresectable solid tumors.
