This Phase 1 open-label dose-escalation trial at Crossbow Therapeutics evaluates the safety and preliminary activity of subcutaneous CBX-250 given in 28-day cycles (with an initial priming phase) in patients aged 12 and older with HLA-A*02:01 relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia, high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome, or chronic myelomonocytic leukemia. The study explores CBX-250’s novel mechanism in a first-in-human setting following prior hypomethylating agent therapy.
