Pfizer is evaluating PF-08046037 as monotherapy or with sasanlimab in an open-label trial enrolling patients with advanced NSCLC, HNSCC, melanoma, or PDAC. The study will assess safety, dosing, and initial efficacy of this novel treatment delivered via IV infusion or SQ injection every three weeks.
