This multi-center Phase 1 trial by MOMA Therapeutics evaluates the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary clinical activity of MOMA-341, a WRN helicase inhibitor, given as monotherapy or in combination with irinotecan—a topoisomerase I inhibitor—and immunotherapy in patients with advanced/metastatic MSI-H or dMMR solid tumors. The study uses dose escalation and optimization designs to determine dosing and assess early efficacy signals.
