Phase 1 Study of TGW101 in Advanced Solid Tumors

Tagworks Pharmaceuticals BV is evaluating TGW101—a TAG72-directed antibody-drug conjugate administered via IV infusion followed by TRG001—in a first-in-human study in patients with various advanced solid tumors, including head and neck non-squamous cell carcinoma, multiple subtypes of advanced/metastatic breast cancer, and other tumor types. The trial employs dose-escalation cohorts to define the recommended dosing regimen and includes enrichment cohorts to further assess safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary anti-tumor activity.
