Endeavor is conducting a first‐in‐human, open‐label study assessing ENV-501’s safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy in advanced relapsed/refractory HER3-positive breast, NSCLC, and melanoma. Dose escalation will identify the recommended Phase 2 dose before expansion cohorts are treated.
