DualityBio Inc. is assessing the safety and efficacy of DB-1311 – a B7-H3-directed ADC – in combination with either BNT327 (a VEGFA-directed mAb) or DB-1305 (a HER2-directed ADC) across multiple advanced solid tumors (including HCC, cervical cancer, melanoma, HNSCC, and NSCLC). The trial features both dose-finding and expansion phases to determine recommended doses and explore clinical activity in patients with unresectable/metastatic disease.
