Immatics trials a first-in-human combo to amplify PRAME-specific T cells by pairing TCR-T with a PRAME mRNA vaccine. Post-IO melanoma needs deeper durability beyond ipi/nivo/TIL; synchronized vaccination may sustain TCR-T expansion and functionality. Manufacturing/infusion safety plus early tumor-shrinkage and antigen-specific T-cell kinetics will be watched closely.
