Phase I/II Study Explores MT-4561 in Advanced Solid Tumors and Drug-Drug Interaction

Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma America is launching a first-in-human, open-label study to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary efficacy of MT-4561 in patients with various advanced solid tumors. The trial also aims to assess MT-4561's effect on the pharmacokinetics of oral midazolam, employing a dose-escalation design to determine the maximum tolerated dose using the BOIN design.
