Ariceum Therapeutics is investigating the safety, tolerability, RP2D, and preliminary efficacy of 225Ac-SSO110 in combination with standard of care—including checkpoint inhibitors and chemotherapy—in patients with SSTR2-positive extensive-stage small cell lung cancer and recurrent advanced Merkel cell carcinoma. This study aims to enhance antitumor activity by leveraging targeted alpha therapy alongside established systemic treatments.
