Bristol-Myers Squibb is conducting an open-label, multicenter study to assess the safety, PK/PD, and antitumor activity of MRTX1719—a PRMT5 inhibitor—in patients with unresectable or metastatic solid tumors harboring homozygous MTAP deletions. The trial includes dose escalation and an expansion cohort examining MRTX1719 both as monotherapy and in combination with standard of care.
