Vanderbilt University is conducting a pilot study in solid tumor patients scheduled for antibody-based therapy to compare 68Ga-FAPI-46 PET/CT imaging with standard MRI/CT scans. This trial involves a single IV dose of 68Ga-FAPI-46, with subsequent PET/CT imaging and follow-up over 36 months to correlate tumor uptake with treatment response.
