This randomized, adaptive, open label multicenter study sponsored by Imunon evaluates the safety and efficacy of IP IMNN-001 combined with standard neoadjuvant and adjuvant chemotherapy and maintenance therapy versus chemotherapy alone in advanced ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer. The trial will assess whether adding IMNN-001, an IL-12 DNA plasmid vector encased in a nanoparticle delivery system, can improve outcomes in newly diagnosed patients.
