Bayer is conducting a first-in-human dose-escalation study to evaluate BAY 3713372—a novel second-generation PRMT5 inhibitor targeting MTAP-deleted solid tumors. The study will assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary antitumor activity to determine the highest safe dose for future development.
