City of Hope Medical Center is evaluating photon volumetric modulated arc therapy for craniospinal irradiation as a treatment for leptomeningeal disease secondary to breast cancer or NSCLC, with patients receiving daily treatments over 10–20 days and undergoing MRI and CSF sample collection for monitoring.
