Merck Sharp & Dohme is sponsoring this open-label trial to evaluate escalating doses of MK-4700 as monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors including cervical, renal, urothelial, TNBC, NSCLC, melanoma, and HNSCC. The study seeks to determine a safe, tolerable dosing schedule through repeated three‐week cycles.
