This open-label, multicenter Phase I trial evaluates HS-20110’s safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and initial efficacy in patients with advanced solid malignant tumors. The study includes a dose escalation cohort (Phase Ia) and an expansion cohort (Phase Ib) to define optimal dosing. HS-20110 is a novel ADC designed to target cadherin-17 (CDH17), an adhesion protein thought to be important in GI cancers, representing a first-in-human investigation led by Hansoh BioMedical R&D.
