This study compares BGB-16673 monotherapy against investigator's choice regimens (idelalisib plus rituximab, bendamustine plus rituximab, or venetoclax plus rituximab retreatment) in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma previously treated with BTK and BCL2 inhibitors. Conducted by BeiGene across multiple international sites, it aims to evaluate efficacy and safety in a 2nd line+ setting.
