Ipsen is evaluating IPN01195—a MAPK1 inhibitor—as monotherapy in adults with advanced solid tumours (with MAPK alterations) who have no standard care options. The study includes a dose-escalation phase to determine the appropriate dosage (PADR), followed by a randomization phase comparing two doses to assess safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary antitumour activity.
