Phase 1 Study: BGB-B455 in CLDN6-Positive Advanced Solid Tumors

BeiGene is investigating BGB-B455—a CLDN6-directed CD3 activator bispecific antibody—as monotherapy in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors with no standard care options. This open-label study includes a Phase 1a dose escalation and safety expansion to determine recommended dosing, followed by a Phase 1b expansion to further assess its early antitumor activity.
