This open-label phase II trial evaluates total consolidative metastasis-and-primary directed therapy (MPDT) in metastatic clear cell RCC patients with partial response or stable disease after at least 6 months of immune checkpoint therapy, aiming for a 12-month treatment-free survival rate of 32% versus 13%.
