Phase I/1b Study: ODC-IL2 in Advanced Solid Tumors

Trutino Biosciences Inc. is conducting a first-in-human, multicenter, open-label trial to evaluate the safety, pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, and antitumor activity of ODC-IL2—a conditionally activated IL-2 prodrug—in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors who have no standard care options. Administered as a single agent via IV infusion on Days 1 and 15 of a 28-day cycle, the study includes dose escalation and expansion phases, with up to approximately 50 patients enrolled.
