A Randomized, Phase III Study of Rilvegostomig in Combination With Fluoropyrimidine and T-DXd Versus Trastuzumab, Chemotherapy, and Pembrolizumab for HER2+ Gastric Cancer (ARTEMIDE-Gastric01)

This global Phase III trial is evaluating rilvegostomig combined with T‑DxD and fluoropyrimidine against standard regimens, including trastuzumab and pembrolizumab, as first-line therapy for HER2-positive advanced gastric/GEJ cancer with PD‑L1 CPS ≥1.
