Phase I Study: BNT317 in Advanced Solid Tumors

BioNTech SE is conducting a first-in-human, open-label, dose-escalation study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and immunogenicity of BNT317—a CD39-directed monoclonal antibody—as monotherapy in patients with advanced solid tumors for whom no standard care exists. The trial will assess multiple dosing levels to identify a recommended dose for future development.
