National Cancer Institute is evaluating the ViPOR regimen in patients with relapsed or refractory CD10-negative diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and high-grade B-cell lymphoma with MYC and BCL2 rearrangements. The trial administers venetoclax (BCL-2 inhibitor), ibrutinib (BTK inhibitor), prednisone (glucocorticoid), obinutuzumab (CD20-directed monoclonal antibody), and Revlimid (immunomodulatory agent) on a 21-day cycle over up to six cycles, with imaging and optional biopsies to monitor treatment response.
